Workforce Development for Manufacturing Careers

WLENTMA is committed to strengthening the future workforce by bridging the gap between education and industry. We partner with Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs to give students hands-on exposure to manufacturing through job shadowing, plant tours, and internships. Our members also participate in mock interviews and advisory boards, helping guide the next generation of skilled professionals.
