Todd Krell is the apprenticeship school director. He works at Quality Tool Company. Quality Tool has been a member of NTMA for 50 years. Todd has been involved in the industry for 40 years. The industrial arts program in 8th grade got him interested in the industry. Todd received a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Toledo during my apprenticeship. He sees our local chapter focusing on workforce development and getting information to parents about our industry to educate them on skilled trades.
