Chris Weigel is an instructor at the NTMA apprentice school.  He works at Innovative Machine & Manufacturing (Part of The McAlear Group.).  Innovation has been a member of NTMA for 2 years.  Chris has been involved in the industry for 16 years and started first by sweeping floors.  The industry at the time was a job to help me through college but turned into more. I had the opportunity to help start up a shop in 2008, then it turned into a career. He is a Western Lake Erie school alumni receiving his journeyman certificate through the NTMA program.  He has multiple Master Cam and some college.  Chris is married with three children (girl and twin boys) and enjoys ultimate frisbee, disc golf, wakeboarding, and video games.  He sees our local chapter focusing on providing real world education for apprentices and their employers.
