Meet Dale Davis: NTMA Board President & Industry Veteran
Meet Dale Davis, a dedicated leader in the manufacturing industry and a President on the NTMA Board. With an impressive 40-year career, he has played a key role in shaping the industry, bringing decades of expertise and leadership to his work. Currently, he serves as Vice President of Dundee Manufacturing Company, a business that has been a proud NTMA member for eight years.
Dale’s passion for manufacturing was inspired by family, sparking his interest and setting him on a path toward a lifelong career. As a Western Lake Erie NTMA School alumnus, he earned his journeyman certificate through the NTMA program, gaining a strong technical foundation in machining and manufacturing. To further his expertise, he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo, combining technical knowledge with business leadership.
Outside of work, Dale is a devoted family man. He is married and the proud father of two daughters and one son. An avid runner and hockey player, he has competed in marathons, demonstrating the same determination and discipline that has defined his career. Traveling is another passion, allowing him to explore new perspectives and experiences that enrich both his personal and professional life.
As a leader within the Western Lake Erie NTMA chapter, Dale is focused on expanding networking opportunities, strengthening partnerships with local schools, and advancing workforce development initiatives. His vision also includes modernizing the chapter, ensuring it remains at the forefront of industry advancements while supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
With a deep commitment to the future of manufacturing, Dale Davis continues to drive innovation, education, and growth within NTMA and beyond.
