Speeds & Feeds Fitness Challenge

The fitness challenge ran from January until April concluding at the Savage 5K in Toledo.  4 members companies formed teams: FEDCO, Dundee Manufacturing, M&D Machine, and LaScala.  18 employees took part in the challenge over 14 weeks.  3,821 miles were logged.  FEDO came out on top with a total average of 339 miles.  Overall, a reported 100 pounds were lost and coworkers came together to be healthier.
